There are a handful of “core” classes,  such as drawing, or water color,  that we will attempt to offer regularly .  We try to offer both the core classes as well as unique classes that you simply cannot find anywhere else in the area .  Our goal is to continuously offer both adult and childrens classes that are exciting, informative and fun to take.  Do you have a great idea? We love to hear your suggestions!

We typically complete most frame jobs in a week or less.   If time is a concern, we carry well over 100 frames in stock and have the capability to finish your projects very quickly.  In some cases, we can even finish you picture the same day.  If you have a framing “emergency” call us we may be able to rescue you.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Art Supplies-unused art supplies can be returned for up to 14 days with a receipt.

Framing-Because the materials are custom cut we cannot offer refunds on framing.  Please see our guarantees above for more details.

Gallery-”Non” Original pieces can be returned for up to 14 days with a receipt.

Gallery– Because our original art is consigned it cannot be returned-You may however, exchange up  for a work by the same artist.  Please ask us for details on an in home trial.

Classes-class fees are refundable for up one week prior to that classes start date.  No refunds will be given. If the class is scheduled to start in less than one week.  If a class cannot meet its enrolment minimum you will be notified by phone (or e-mail if you prefer) and a refund check will be sent to you.

Yes we do!  We take pride in our work and we guarantee the quality of our materials. In addition we guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship.   It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your project. If your not thrilled with the quality of your picture, please tell us, so it can be fixed.

 Are you second guessing your choices?  We also offer a “style guarantee”  We can swap out a mat, or change a  frame (actually any component of the project)  at a substantial discount.  Please ask us the  for details of this “safety net” program.    

Do you guarantee your work?

  All of our art supplies are on sale every day.   A percentage is deducted off the retail price, which is clearly marked on all of our items.   For example, our artists paper & pads are 20%  off every day.  Our framing is also on sale every day.  Please don’t be fooled by “big box stores” that advertise savings of  50% off of already inflated prices.
